Worker, Look at these Two Decrees! (1921)

This Glavpolitprosvet poster explains two decrees passed by the Sovnarkom in 1921 that affected how workers were paid and how workers were awarded bonuses. The decree on bonuses allowed for workers to be given manufactured products to exchange for agricultural products. This decree also encouraged workers to take part in the cooperatives legalized by NEP.
